Win Vista BOOTMGR is compressed on Compaq CQ20 401TU

Berawal dari kasus, tidak terdeteksinya Port USB Compaq Presario CQ20 401 TU, OS Win 7, defaultnya padahal windows Vista, coba update driver cari di web HP, ternyata driver untuk Win 7 gak support CQ20 401 TU. Coba down grade ke Xp sama juga driver gak compatible, akhirnya dikembalikan ke Vista. Problem baru muncul karena CD Original Vista gak ada, akhirnya pake yang buatan Mangga Dua, Instalasi lancar, nah setelah jalanin key gen :(( crack, restart ternyata muncul masalah "“BOOTMGR is compressed" nah suspect pasti masalah di Boot loader(kaya di Linux), tapi udah pake Mini PE gak bisa juga, drive Letter C (isi Windows) jadi Drive D (Data). Untuk Link Driver nanti menyusul yah..gi sibuk ngerjain yg lain :)



Singkatnya jika mengalami “BOOTMGR is compressed" Lakukan uncheck pada C: properties

SOLUTION TO THE “BOOTMGR is compressed press CTRL+ALT+DEL” problem

1. INSERT your VISTA DVD in your laptop/PC
2. Power ON your laptop/PC
3. BOOT from VISTA DVD —->make sure your laptop/PC
is set to boot from DVD/CDROM first or when u see the
message that says “PRESS ANY KEY TO BOOT FROM
DVD/CD” just hit any key and the next steps will be
automatic
4. Click “INSTALL”
5. Choose “LANGUAGE” of your choice
6. Click “REPAIR”
7. Before you click “NEXT” click on “UPLOAD DRIVERS”
8. in the “OPEN” dialog box that appears on the left side
click “MY COMPUTER” then find your “LOCAL DRIVE C:”
and “RIGHT CLICK IT” then select “PROPERTIES”
9. there are two “CHECK BOXES” on the “C: properties
dialogue box”, so “UNCHECK” the one that says
“COMPRESSED” if its checked
10. hit the “APPLY” button, wait as this takes a less than a
minutes or so depending on your computers
PROCESSOR/RAM, please be patient!!!
11. U can now hit the “OK” button; and VOILA, go have fun
